Elsie Caroline Morris, 87, of Rose Terrace Apts. Bradford, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016 peacefully, at her residence.

Born July 10, 1929, in Bradford, she was the only child of the late  Russell C. and Hazel G. (Johnson) Barnett.

She was an avid bridge player, and a former member of East End Presbyterian Church.

Elsie worked as a secretary at the Johnson Store and later at JC Penny's from where she retired.

Surviving are two sons, Gary (Pam) Morris of Bradford and Jim (Yvonne) Morris of Suger Grove, nine grandchildren, Tanya Ruzich, Nicole Blackmon, Nichole Clark, Brooke Tucker, Jim Morris, Scott Usnick, Beckey Kempa, Shelly Curtis and Kayla Curtis, and 16 great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 11:00am on Saturday, October 8, 2016, in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. 33 South Ave. The Rev. W. LeRoy Beckes, retired Presbyterian Minister will officiate. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park.
