Mark W. Tingley

Mark W. Tingley, 58, of 15 Cross Dr., Bradford, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2017, while in the company of family members, at Bradford Manor.

Born April 4, 1959 in Bradford, he was a son of the late Merle J. and Anna M. (Gatesman) Tingley.

Mark was a 1977 graduate of Bradford High School.

He was employed for over 40 years at Georgia Pacific as a die repairman.

Mark attended St. Francis of Assisi Church and was a member of United Steel Workers Local #583, Eagles Club, American Legion, Limestone Fireman's Club, Italian Club.

Mark liked to garden, and followed NASCAR, Dallas Cowboys.

Surviving is his companion of 16 years Bert Williams, one stepdaughter Mary Beth Pierce of Bradford, eight brothers, Charles (Nancy) Tingley, of Bradford, John (Cheryl) Tingley, of Bridgewater NJ, Richard Tingley, of Bradford, Gary Tingley, of Rossville CA, Kevin (Nancy) Tingley, of Chatham NJ, Roger (Jennifer Pulver) Tingley, of Bradford, Timothy (Sarah) Tingley, of Bradford, David (Ronda) Tingley, of Bradford, one step grandson Seth Pierce, and many nieces and nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, one sister Elizabeth "Betty" Cochran, two brothers, Donald Tingley and Thomas Tingley.

Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday 4:00pm to 7:00pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. East Main St. Private funeral services will be held for family only. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to SPCA, or Bradford Public Library, or a charity of the donor's choice.
