Frank James Ulyan Jr.

Frank J. "Jim" Ulyan Jr., 67 of Eastham, MA, formerly of Bradford, passed away, Thursday June 1, 2017,

while surrounded by his loving family, at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, MA.

Born April 28, 1950 in Kane he was a son of the late Frank J. and Jennie S. (Bradley) Ulyan Sr.

Jim was a 1969 graduate of Bradford Area High School and Bryant and Stratton Business Institute in Buffalo, NY with a degree in Business Administration. He also attended Gannon University.

He was a landscaper and painting contractor in the Bradford area until 1992 when he moved to Cape Cod, MA.  There he started his successful business as a residential and commercial contractor.

Jim was an accomplished stained glass artist. He had a passion for his faith, art, reading, gardening, traveling and cooking.

He was a member and usher at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Orleans, MA.

Surviving are his sister, Rosemary (Thomas) Burke, brother, Gregory (Karin Montuori) Ulyan and nieces Kelly (Michael) Malkamaki and Kathleen Burke, and great niece Charlotte Malkamaki.

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Jennie Ulyan.

Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at 10:00am on Monday, June 5, 2017 at St Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, 61 Canal Road, Orleans, MA with Rev. Ron Floyd as Celebrant.

Friends are invited to call on Saturday June 10, 2017, from Noon to 1:30pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., 33 South Ave. where a prayer service will be held at 1:30pm Saturday followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00pm in St. Bernard Church with the Rev. Raymond Gramata,  Pastor as Celebrant. Burial will be in St. Callistus Cemetery in Kane.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
