Michael J. Bagnato

Michael J Bagnato II, 62, a lifelong resident of Bradford, passed away, Thursday, August 31, 2017, in Pittsburgh after a brief, but painful, battle with cancer.

Born April 14, 1955 in Bradford, he was the son of the late Michael and Dorothy (Trace) Bagnato.

Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years Susie (Nelson) Bagnato.

Michael and his wife are the former owners of Byllye Lanes Bowling Center for 25 years and currently own and operate Bagnato Enterprises in Ellicottville, NY.

He was known to fix anything, he enjoyed cars and boating, but above all, loved being with friends, family, and grandchildren.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Sarie (Todd) Bridge of Gibsonia, and Nikki (Eric) Gawron of Hamburg NY, three grandchildren Blayke and Brendan Bridge, Shelby Gawron, his sister Byllye (Stephen) Chichester of North Port, FL and his beloved aunt, Ellen Bagnato of Bradford. He is also survived by Chloe, his adored Yorkie

At Michael’s request, there will not be any public services. A private Mass will be offered for him at a later time. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

Memorials if desired may be made to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer’s Association.
