Wesleah D. Blair

Wesleah D. Blair, 92, formerly of 161 Summer Street, Bradford, passed away, Thursday, September 21, 2017, at The Pavilion at BRMC.

Born in Tuna, PA on August 20, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Wesley and Laurel G. (McKune) Dart.

On February 7, 1956 at the Church of Ascension, she married Chief Petty Officer James D. Blair, who died November 12 1964.

Mrs. Blair was a 1943 graduate of Bradford Senior High School. She had been employed as the office supervisor at Rich & Co., Inc. for 27 years and later as general manager for Herzog Oil Field Service for 38 years retiring in 2008.

She was a member and past president of the PA-NY Oil & Gas Affiliates of the Desk & Derrick Club, a life time member of the Gold Star Wives of America, a member of the Bradford Area Women's Club and a member of the Founders Society at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.

She is survived by several cousins in the area and in Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her only brother, Lauren W. Dart

At the request of Mrs. Blair there will be no public visitation or funeral services. Burial was held in Willow Dale Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc.
