All Condolences -

I was scrolling through the obituaries after the passing of my cousin''s husband, and I found my friend Carl Booth had died. He was a great friend for over 20 years and always found a way to get me into trouble. Carl had stayed overnight with my wife and me in the 1970s when we lived in Pittsburgh. I was encouraged by his faith in the Lord and know he has received his reward. If you read this, Judy, know that I loved your brother very much.

So sorry to hear this, Barb. He was one of the few men that I could call a genuine friend. I am always saddened and surprised when someone as "young" as we are passes, but when it is someone as nice as Carl, it tears me up. (And tears me up.) And makes me regretful that I didn''t get to spend more time with him and get to know his family. Every moment I did spend with him, however brief or infrequent, playing ball or just getting gasoline, always produced a smile, most often a laugh or two, and a wistful jog of my memory back to our happier times spent together. Rest in peace, my friend.
— Jim and Judy Miller

No amount of words can fill the void of someone you deeply care about. I didn''t know him, but I know God daughter Kelli. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. May God give you His strenght.
— Debbie Elliott
