Sue Mealy McAndrew

L. Sue Mealy McAndrew, 71, of 666 West Washington Street Bradford, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018, at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.

Born in Bradford on June 30, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Pearl and Mary E. (Brosius) Ishman. She was a 1964 graduate of Blue Mountain Academy in Reading.

On April 11, 2004, in St. Bernard Church she married Ralph McAndrew who preceded her in death on May 17, 2005.

She had attended 7th Day Adventist Church.

Sue worked at K Mart for a number of years and retired as a bank teller at Hamlin Bank & Trust.

Surviving are two sons Scott (Courtney) Mealy, of Bradford, and Terry (Jess Schroeder) Mealy, of Bradford, two grandchildren Brandi Mealy and Tyler Carlson, and several nieces and nephews.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister C. Elaine Jordan, three brothers an infant Howard Ishman, Harold "Dewey" Ishman and Ernest "Ernie" Ishman.

Family will be receiving friends on Thursday, March 15, 2018, from 3-5pm and 7-9pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc. 372 East Main Street. Private funeral and committal services for family will be held with Rev. W. LeRoy Beckes, retired Presbyterian minister, officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park.
