Gregory W. Kube

Gregory W. Kube, 51, of 69 Southgate Road, Bradford, passed away, Sunday, June 3, 2018, at his residence.

Born November 12, 1966, in Waukegan, IL, Greg was a 1984 graduate of Grayslake High School.

Greg was a veteran of the United States Army, having served four years.

He had been employed throughout the Midwest, installing fiber optic cable lines, for many years.

Greg was an avid hunter, fisherman, loved the beach, and had a great sense of humor.

Surviving is his fiancee, Peggy Calcagno, his mother and step father, Virginia L. (Ted) Veltman, two daughters, Anna Kube and Emma Kube, two sons, Landon Calcagno and Noah Calcagno, one granddaughter Kesslyn Kube, two brothers, Jason Shamroski and Jeff Kube.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kendall C. Kube.

Private services will be observed by his family. Members of the Honor Guard from the American Legion Post 108 will conduct Full Military Honors.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
