Doris Dot Colley

Doris F. "Dot" Colley, 76, of Interstate Parkway, Bradford, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018, peacefully, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Bradford, on August 14, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Alfred Franklin, Sr. and Doris (Weaver) Primavera.  She was a graduate of St. Bernard School.

On June 17, 1978 in Bradford at their home she married Michael D. Colley who survives.

She had been employed as an assembler at W .R. Case & Sons for 34 years.

Dot was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Jacksboro, TN, and attended regularly the Faith Baptist Church in Bradford. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading her bible, sewing, Facebook, and computer games. Dot loved cooking with her husband and vacationing in TN.

In addition to her husband, Michael of 40 years, she is survived by four daughters, Deb (Dale) Yohe, of Bradford, Linda (Stephen) Frederick, of Bradford, Jackie (Roger) Ellison, of Jacksboro, TN, Lori (Dan) Lindquist, of Orrstown, one son, Steve (Laura) Hixenbaugh, of Big Shanty, one step daughter, Jodi Lee, of Port Allegany, and one step son, Jason Colley, of Bradford, three sisters, one brother, 20 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Cynthia Marie Hixenbaugh and a brother Alfred Franklin, Jr.

Family will be receiving friends on Monday July 16, 2018 from 10:00am to Noon in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 33 South Ave., where funeral and committal services will be held at Noon with Rev. Gary Smith, pastor of the Faith Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the Faith Baptist Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
