Ben L. Reynolds

Ben L. Reynolds, 74, of 171 East Main Street, Bradford, passed away, surrounded by his loving family, Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at the Bradford Manor after a lengthily illness, from medical complications from agent orange.

Born in Bradford, on April 27, 1944, he was a son of the late Ben H. and Edith (Coldren) Reynolds.

On January 15, 1972 in Limestone, he married Diana Lynn (Moore) Reynolds who survives.

Ben was a 1962 graduate of Bradford High School. After high school he worked various jobs in the Bradford Area. On August 1, 1968 he enlisted in the United States Army, he served in Vietnam, from January 1969 to January 1970. He was honorably discharged as a Sgt. on July 31, 1970.

Ben had worked at Airco Speer for a while and then later for many years at Culligan Water Conditioning as service manager, retiring in 2007.

He was a former member of the Bradford Moose Lodge and the Eagles Club. A life member of the VFW, and a member of the American Legion.

Ben loved to hunt, fish, and play golf. He especially loved spending time with his family. 

In addition to his wife Diana, of 46 years, he is survived by two sons, Mark L. Reynolds, of San Francisco, and Michael J. Reynolds, of Bradford, one grandson, Colton B. Reynolds, two step grandsons Justin Conklin, and Aaron Stoddard, a sister, Debbie Reynolds, of Bradford, and several nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Reynolds, who died August 26, 2018.

Family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 372 East Main Street, where funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, with retired Presbyterian Pastor, W. LeRoy Beckes officiating. Military Honors will be accorded at the funeral home after the service. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park.
