Edna J. Hallock

Edna J. Hallock, 81, of Bradford, passed away, Friday, November 9, 2018, while in the company of family members, at the Bradford Manor. 

Born March 11, 1937, in Bradford, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Helene (Cannon) Franklin. 

On July 23, 2000 in Bradford, she married Joseph Hallock who survives. 

Mrs. Hallock was a graduate of Iroquois High School in Elma, NY. She had worked as a delivery person at R.W. Publications in Western NY, and was a dog warden in Marilla, NY. In the early 1990's she returned to Bradford, purchased multiple rental units, and became a landlord. 

She was a member of the First Wesleyan Church in Bradford. She enjoyed collecting knick knack's and glass angels.

Surviving in addition to her husband Joseph, are two daughters, Crystal (Greg) Easter of Marilla, NY and Donna Polcyn, of South Wales, NY, one son Robert Hagner, a step daughter, Jan (Greg) Losey, of Batavia, NY, a step son, Robert J Hallock, of Genesse, 11 grandchildren, Jody, Jake, Jolynn, Danielle, Renee, George, Russell, Dustin, Ashley, Janell, and Jason and seven great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Chester Franklin and Art Franklin, two daughters, Connie Wilking-Bunte and Camille Wilking-Anauo, and one son Richard Hagner.

Friends will be received from 10:00am to 11:00am Saturday, November 17, 2018, in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 33 South Ave., at 11:00am a memorial service will be held with the with Rev. Dave Lawton, officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park.
