Charlotte B. Lewis

Charlotte B. Lewis, 76, of Rixford PA, formerly of  Bradford and Texas, passed away Monday, December 17, 2018, at her residence, with her loved ones.

Born July 17, 1942,  in Norfolk, VA she was a daughter of the late Dorothy (Allen) Oliver.

On October 31, 1986, she married Melvin K. Lewis, who died October 30 2007.

Mrs. Lewis had been employed by K-Mart. She enjoyed going to bingo, the casino and playing Texas Holdem.

Surviving are four daughters, Candy Travis, of Maine, Shelly (Kevin) Petersen, of Rixford, Molly Jo (Kenny) Scanlon, of Bradford and Amy (Tim Foy) Goddard, of Philadelphia, three sons Chuck (Pam) Travis, of Bradford, Harry Green, of Rixford, and Chris Lewis of Texas, two sisters, Marsha (Burt) Hitchcock, of Bradford; Marilyn (Tom) Yonker, of South Carolina, several grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 sisters, Cheryl Oliver and Pat Seeker and 4 brothers, Robert, Wayne, Chuck and Doug Oliver.

Family will be receiving friends on Saturday, December 22, 2018 from Noon to 1:00pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 33 South Ave. where funeral and committal services will be held with Rev. Rick Price, pastor of the Church of Christ, officiating.

Memorials if desired may be made to the McKean County SPCA, PO Box 113, Bradford, PA 16701, or National Kidney Foundation, or American Cancer Society.
