James J. "Jas" McKenyon

James J. "Jas" McKenyon, 74, of Gifford, passed away, Monday, January 14, 2019, at The Pavilion @ BRMC

Born on March 8, 1944 in Bradford, he was the son of the late George C. and Anna P. (Parks) McKenyon Sr.

He was a 1962 graduate of Bradford Area High Schools.

Jas was a self-employed contractor in the Bradford area, doing home remodeling projects for area residents. He was later employed by the Bromeley family for 25 years, supervising the grounds and maintenance staff.

He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and former season ticket holder.

Jas was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Shirley A. McKenyon, Barbara Stack, and Patricia M. Greer, and one brother, George C. McKenyon Jr..

Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Jas's Life on Sunday January 27, 2019 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the Westline Inn. Burial will be with his parents in Willow Dale Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

Memorials if desired may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
