Alice C. Corbin

Alice C. Corbin, 101, of Limestone, passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at The Pines of Olean.

Born July 3, 1920, in Twining MI, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Stella (Warner) Perry. She attended Bradford schools.

On December 8, 1943 in the First Free Methodist Church she married Lloyd F. Corbin who preceded her in death on September 3, 2013.

She was a housekeeper at Glen Dorn, and cleaned for Dick Herzog. She was an amazing cook and made fantastic spaghetti sauce and sweet rolls.

She was a fourth generation member of First Free Methodist Church, and for many years ran the nursery at church.
 
Alice is survived by two loving and devoted son's, Rolland L. Corbin, and Kenneth E. (Rona) Corbin, all of Limestone, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters, Emma Dempsey, Julia Jones, Beatrice Perry, and two brothers, Franklin and Oscar Jones.

Fiends will be received on Thursday August 5, 2021, from 11:00 AM to 1:00pm at Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. 372 East Main St., at which time funeral and committal services will be held with Pastor Jim Lenaway of the First Free Methodist Church of Bradford officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park.
