Robert Jerry Gabel

Robert "Jerry" Gabel, 76, of 1289 High Street, Bradford, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Born May 5, 1948, in Meadville, he was a son of the late Rex and Inez (Winima) Gabel. He was a 1966 graduate of Bradford High School.

Jerry worked for Bradford Pipe and Supply, then 17 years as Production Supervisor at Graham Packaging until his retirement in 2010. He later did landscaping with Dom Piganelli "Always Green" Landscaping.

Jerry was a social member of the Italian Club, VFW, and the American Legion. He also enjoyed fishing and golf.

Surviving is one daughter, Jodie Gabel, of Lewis Run, one son, Jeffrey (Cathy) Gabel, of Bradford, three grandchildren, Jessica Aloi, James Aloi, Michael Aloi, one sister, Rae Tennant, of Olean, NY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Shannon Marie Falconi Gabel.

Friends are invited to a Celebration of Life for Jerry on Saturday May 3, 2025, from Noon to 4:00 pm at Tacks Inn. Burial will be in Upper Hills Cemetery in Cambridge Springs.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

Memorial contributions if desired may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
