Victoria D. Culver

Victoria D. Culver, 74, of 5 Lang Lane, Lewis Run, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025 at the Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Born on January 16, 1951, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late, Richard H. and Lola (English) Steck. She was a 1969 graduate of Bradford High School.

Vickie was employed at Zippo Manufacturing Company for over 20 years.

She was a member of the Italian Club, she was an avid Buffalo Bill fan, a NASCAR fan and followed Dale Jr. She loved to ride motorcycles and go camping.

Surviving is one daughter, Katrina Culver, one sister, Martha Holly, of Lewis Run, three nieces, Tiffany Evan, Tonia Neely, and Tressa Neely, and several grandnieces and nephews.

Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Raymond "Pinky" of 31 years, one son, Raymond M. Culver Jr., who preceded her in death on January 3, 2023, and her companion Mark Hall, who died on October 20, 2013.

At Vickie’s request there will be no public services observed. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital.
