Jeffrey G. Caswell

Jeffrey G. Caswell, 69, of Derrick City, passed away Monday, November 3, 2025, at the Buffalo General Hospital. 

Born October 6, 1956, in Salamanca NY, he was a son of the late Milford L. Caswell and Geraldine M. (Wolford) Caswell-Lauff. Jeff was a 1975 graduate of Bradford Area High School.

On November 1, 1980, he married Christine L. (Passmore) Caswell, who survives.

Jeff worked at Sol-Epoxy as a Maintenance Technician for over 30 years, retiring in 2013.  He also owned and operated Caswell Construction LLC.

Jeff enjoyed farming, riding snowmobiles, ATVs, and motorcycles. He loved camping trips with the family and enjoying fireworks with his grandsons, those were his fondest memories. 

Surviving in addition to his wife, Christine of 45 years, is one daughter, Shannon (Kevin) Hardy, one son, Brandon (Chrystal) Caswell, all of Derrick City, two grandsons, Alexander Caswell and Kevin Carl Hardy, one sister, Debbie (Kent) King, of Alamogordo, NM, one a brother, Alan (Sheila) Caswell, of Fuquay Varina, NC, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Robin Adams, and one granddaughter, Jordan Hardy.

There will be no public services. A private memorial service for the family will be held at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
